Valentino SpA is the fashion house founded by Italian designer Valentino Garavani. The company's lines include Valentino (Haute Couture and Ready-to-wear), Valentino Garavani (shoes and accessories), Valentino Roma (women's clothing), and RED Valentino (contemporary women's clothing).

Valentino showed a talent for fashion at an early age, interning with an aunt and a local fashion designer in Voghera. He continued his education in France at the École des Beaux-Arts and the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. He worked as an apprentice to Jacques Fath and later Balenciaga, Jean Desses and eventually Guy LaRoche. Valentino returned to Italy in 1959 to set up his own shop.

Valentino made his international debut in 1962 and was now on the map in the fashion world. He started dressing rich and important clients from all over the world. His clientele included Elizabeth Taylor, Audrey Hepburn and Princess Margaret, and he designed a series of six dresses worn by Jacqueline Kennedy during her mourning period following her husband's assassination. Valentino would also later design the wedding dress she wore at her wedding to Aristotle Onassis.

Valentino has been offering perfumes for many years, first in collaboration with Procter and Gamble, and from 2010 with Puig.
