Nautica Perfumes
Nautica is an American clothing and furniture brand founded by designer David Chu in 1983. The brand has evolved from a men's collection to offering women's clothing, children's clothing, accessories, home goods and furniture, and has grown into an American lifestyle brand that captures the essence embodies the sporty and adventurous American lifestyle.
Nautica takes its name from the Latin word "Nauticus", meaning "ship". The company's signature logo consists of a flapping spinnaker, a type of lightweight sail designed specifically for sailing downwind, from half-wind to downwind. Many of the company's products have a nautical or outdoor motif, with stripes, ocean-like names and heavy use of the color blue. Advertising campaigns for Nautica are often photographed on board boats, ships or at sea.
