In her pursuit of her dream, Juliette earned her bachelor's degree in Chemistry. She then studied at the prestigious ISIPCA (Institut Supérieur International du Parfum, Cosmetics and Aromatic Food) in France. In 2006, she joined the IFF Perfume School in Grasse, France and New York, where she honed her skills and developed her unique approach to perfumery.

Juliette Karagueuzoglou started her professional journey by working for Expressions Parfumées in Grasse.

In March 2002, she joined International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) and rose to Junior Perfumer of Fine Fragrances in Paris in July 2007. She received the Fashion Group International Rising Star Award in 2010 for her exceptional work and creative talent.

Throughout her career, Juliette has collaborated with several well-known brands, such as Yves Saint Laurent, Salvatore Ferragamo and Giorgio Armani, to name a few.

According to Karagueuzoglou, perfumery is an act of generosity. She strives to create olfactory markers that evoke vivid memories, provoke emotions and stand the test of time, like a form of eternity.

She views her ideas as concepts and often challenges herself with exercises, such as using resources that begin with a specific letter.

Juliette draws inspiration from various sources, such as photos, images and the olfactory connections between raw materials. Synesthetic links play an important role in her creative process, allowing her to visualize smells in her mind.
