Perfumer Emilie Bavierre-Coppermann
Emilie Bevierre-Coppermann is a Master Perfumer who has spent over 20 years creating fragrances for some of the world's most prestigious fashion and design houses. Her passion for the world of fragrances was sparked at the age of 14, when she met the Perfumer of the House of Rochas, and she soon decided to study organic chemistry and perfumery at the renowned International Institute of Perfumes, Cosmetics and Flavors in Versailles.
Throughout her career, Emilie has received numerous awards and institutional recognition for her unique ability to follow her feminine intuition and create unexpected fragrances. She has collaborated with brands such as Givenchy, Chopard, Karl Lagerfeld and Roberto Cavalli, and her work has been highly regarded by her peers and the industry at large.
Emilie is also a devoted mother of four, a task she manages with the same energy and passion as her perfumery career. She finds inspiration in traveling to new places, exploring the unknown and constantly reinventing herself to create unexpected fragrances. Her favorite ingredients include rose, bergamot and various woods, which she likes to use in unexpected ways to create unique scents.
In her unconventional and playful style, Emilie makes feminine flowers more masculine and traditionally masculine woods more feminine. Her favorite city is Paris, where she grew up, but she also loves New York, Bahia and Varanasi. Emilie's idea of paradise on earth is the Archipelago of Zanzibar, where she finds the beauty of wild nature mingled with the splendor of palaces that once belonged to wealthy sultans, steeped in the trade of spices and flowers.
